Now a study recommends that following the advice might avoid women from establishing heart problem and help them to remain trim. Scientists found that females who eat a large proportion of their daily calories at night have poorer heart health.
They suggested that consuming the biggest meal at night goes against our internal body clock.
Researchers in the United States invested a year tracking the heart health of 112 females, who had an average age of33 The women kept a diary revealing what they consumed and at what time, which was compared with their heart test outcomes. It was discovered that the more individuals ate after 6pm – either in night meals or late-night snacking – the even worse their cholesterol, high blood pressure and blood sugar level levels. They were also more most likely to be obese.
